Yet it has never been so important to protect our wildlife and intricate ecosystems in this time of global conservation concern. It is now we must get back in touch with our wild side and learn to care about the incredible creatures we share our planet with, so where better to start than with the wildlife on our doorstep.
Here at Wild About Britain we aim to spread our passion of British wildlife and ignite an interest in our native species across all ages. We provide a variety of interactive and educational British wildlife experiences with our knowledgeable handler and wonderful animal ambassadors. Education
Our animal ambassadors can cover a variety of educational topics. We look to inspire people of all ages to engage and learn more about our native wildlife. Being specific to British wildlife we provide a very relevant and unique educational opportunity. Welfare
The welfare and safety of our animals is absolutely paramount. We are proud to be representing some of the highest standards of animal welfare in outreach settings. |
Experience
A large amount of people have not yet been lucky enough to witness many of our native species in the wild, or if they have it’s often a brief encounter. We love being able to provide you with the opportunity to see some of Britain’s incredible animals up close in an unforgettable wildlife experience. Conservation
The conservation of our native wildlife has never been so crucial. We aim to promote the protection of our rare habitats and fauna. We make regular contributions to various conservation projects across Britain in the form of volunteering, monetary donations and captive breeding projects. |

WELFARE IS PRIORITY
Our EnclosuresIt is incredibly important to us that our animals receive the highest standards of care. Being native to Britain, many of our animals are kept in live planted outdoor enclosures to best simulate their natural habitats and promote natural behaviours.
